For many, transitioning to a plant based or vegan diet can be challenging. From choosing new foods, to not having friends or family who understand the decision, it can be a little overwhelming and at times lonely. That's why I created this 8-week program, designed to support you in order to give you the best chance at sustaining and thriving in your new lifestyle. To help you explore a plant-based diet or transition to a vegan lifestyle, I have created this 8-week program. Over eight weeks, you’ll receive weekly 1:1 coaching along with materials each week covering topics that have been suggested by people who have been exactly where you are. I surveyed new vegans and asked them what their biggest struggles or concerns were in their transition to going plant based, and each week the program materials cover one of the areas identified in the survey results. Week One: Introduction to wholefood plant-based eating, meal plans & recipes Week Two: Basic Nutrition - eating a healthy, balanced diet Week Three: Eating plant based - what's vegan, new meal plan & recipes Week Four: Easy switches - alternatives to dairy cheese, milk etc includes bonus recipes! Week Five: One of my fave recipes - a quick cooking demo, guide to eating out & emotional support Week Six: Supplements - what our bodies need, more recipes to keep you going + check in Week Seven: Putting support systems in place + recommendations Week Eight: Wrapping up, extra recipes & inspiration to keep going Each week you will also receive 1:1 coaching where you will get support in both Veganism and your overall wellbeing to ensure you have the tools needed to feel happy & healthy. The initial coaching session is up to 90 minutes with follow up weekly sessions booked for 45 minutes.
